1 month rollplaying on the Alliance side. Keen to roleplay, and have read a lot of the lore on the WoWWikki website.
And finally, please write a short story and/or IC introduction about your character:
Drakthara is a young orcish warrior, he is one of the Frostwolf clan. He was raised in the Alterac mountains to be a warrior and to defend the Frostwolf settlements there. His mother and father were also warriors, and they lived a simple life amongst the other Frostwolf orcs. Recently the fighting has become fierce however, as the Stormpike dwarves push into the valley, as they zealously search for the relics of there past. To this end Drek'thar sent a small group of frostwolf orcs to Orgrimmar to request aid from Thrall, whom was himself saved by the Frostwolves years ago. Aid was sent to the Alterac, to assist the Frostwolf clan in defending their lands. Upon his return to Alterac Drakthara was given the news of this parents demise. The news crippled him, he flew into a blind rage, heading out into the valley alone, killing any foe he laid eyes on.
Drakthara's pain was seen by his brothers, but nothing they said could quell his anger. Months past by, and it seemed to Drakthara that the valley of Alterac only brought him pain, however an opportunity would soon arise that would allow Drakthara to move on.
Since assistance was sent to the Frostwolves the valley had become more stable, the fighting was fierce, but there was no risk of the Frostwolves being overwhelmed. With the dark portal opening and the Lich King attacking in force again, dire news began travelling through out the lands. Word soon reached Frostwolf keep, Drakthara heard the news also. He decided to ask Drek'Thar himself for leave of duty from Alterac valley, allowing him to fight on more of the Hordes battle front. After explaining his losses within the valley, and the pain of the memories there, he was given leave. Drakthara was told that he could join the main horde forces, on whatever battle fronts they may be fighting, yet he was also told to never forget where he was raised, no matter how painful the memories. With that in mind Drakthara set out for Orgrimmar to discover where the Orcs were needed most, yet even with this in mind he intends to always return to Alterac valley, to fight against the Alliance dogs that killed his parents.
Drakthara fights for honour, like most orcs, he also fights to forget the pain of loosing his parents with whom he was very close. Fighting in alterac valley has special meaning for him as well.
(I chose this story as I am starting out at level 65 after transfering from alliance, which has allowed me to come up with a fighting history, and begin the game as a seasoned warrior.)
