I've played WoW for about 3 years now, but i started roleplaying only 6 months ago. Definitely improved the experience of WoW for me.

I started roleplaying on a game called Champions Online then i transferred some of my characters to DB and started to roleplay there, definitely a good choice. ;p
And finally, please write a short story and/or IC introduction about your character:
I'm really terrible at writing IC stories, so i'll leave that to last, some "Diamond Words" for Kainawr are..
BRUTAL - Born into the world as a normal being, he was shaped by the Humans into a brutal, merciless and bloodthirsty Orc. He gained the name "Goremaw" by biting the throats out of his Human captors.
DEDICATED - If he has been given a contract, or a job by the Horde. He will fulfill the contract or die trying. For particularly "hard" targets he will shadow them for weeks, learning what, where and when they do whatever it is they do, before striking.
UNLAWFUL - Although his loyalty to the Horde is second to none, he does not care much for Laws, and sees guards as weak beings that couldn't quite cut it for frontline duty.
TACTICAL - He's not an orc to run headfirst into a fight unless he knows he will win. He prefers to study his enemy before fighting him, so he knows what to avoid, and where to hit.
And his character History....
As a child, Kainawr was brought through the Dark Portal by his parents. After a few years the Orcs looking after him, and Kainawr himself, were captured and placed in an Alliance internment camp. Growing up as a prisoner was not easy for him as he was not a particularly violent Orc at the time, but of course, the Humans soon changed that for him.
After hearing many conversations from the guards, Kainawr and his campmates had prepared themself for the coming of Thrall, and sure enough Orcs under Thralls command came and liberated the prisoners. Made much worse by the prisoners preparations. After being liberated, the Orcs joined Thralls cause and sailed across the ocean to the land of Kalimdor.
For the past 6 years or so Kainawr has been doing private mercenary work and anything his beloved Horde would ask of him.
And.. *gulp* IC story.
14 Days, 14 days he had remained in the same location, watching the mark. The Human never left his damned House, guards were stationed outside the entrance and there were Gnomish traps set up around the perimeter. On the first day, the Human had infact left the building, Kainawr had stalked him and witnessed him meet with a secret lover. 13 Days had passed and he had not left the building to meet her again.
On the 15th day however, he left, alone, to meet his beloved once more.
Onward he rode, towards the mark, with the fury of a storm he struck the human with his axe. He cut off the Humans head and rode back to Orgrimmar, wondering what the marks betrothed would think when she found her loves decapitated corpse, and he began to cackle.
The mercenary/assassin work was great for Kainawr, but he wanted to strive for something more. To bring glory to the horde he would need allies, a group to help him, he sought out the Red Blade Tribe.
